Andy Reti was born in Budapest, Hungary in July 1942. He is a child survivor from the Shoah. His mother, grandmother, grandfather and he survived the horrors of the war through good fortune and grit, and immigrated to Canada shortly thereafter. Andy has worked as a cab driver and an author and was a museum guide for a number of years and is a speaker at the Toronto Holocaust Center. He was interviewed for this project in September 2015 by Viki Tao, Aiden Reilly, Mert Tutcu and Jahnai Brown.
