It has been an exciting start to the U9 basketball season! Squad A played their season opener against Sterling Hall last week. The players worked hard to improve their passing and defensive skills. Sterling Hall won the game but Squad A is ready for a re-match! Squad B faced Bayview Glen on Tuesday afternoon and what a beauty it was. Some impressive baskets were made and the team played some tough defence including many blocked shots. Crestwood lost by only one basket with a final score of 20-18. It is going to be an excellent season! Coach Starr and Coach Robinson are so proud of the dedicated and hard working players and can’t wait to get out onto the court again in the New Year.
