The U12 Girls basketball team walked up to TFS yesterday to play their first game of the season. While we started off slow, only scoring one basket in the first half, the second half was an explosion of energy and hard work! With baskets scored by Olivia, Ksenia, Chloe and Anny, assists by Maya, and hustle, defence and rebounds from Jordan, Ruby Isabella, Lilly, Talia and Selene, we fought our way back into the game! Unfortunately we ran out of time, and the game ended with a score of 26-16. Coach Offman and Coach Fuller are so proud of the effort the girls put into their first game. We can’t wait for our next game on Tuesday next week against St. Clement’s. Way to go Crestwood!
