On Saturday, February 27, the U11 Basketball team played in a tournament at the Toronto French School. Our first game was against UCC, whose team was in second overall. The boys knew this was going to be a tough game. Crestwood came out showing strong offense and defence, battling for the lead throughout. With only a few minutes to go, UCC crept ahead with a final score of 38 to 35. This empowered the boys to win their next game against TYS beating them 44 to 26. With only a short break between games, the U11 boys were tired and unfortunately were beaten by TFS in their final game. Their coaches could not be more proud of how far the team has come and know that they will carry their improved basketball skills to next year!
