The U10 Soccer squad defeated Sterling Hall yesterday in a tightly contested game. It was a back and forth affair from the first whistle with Spencer MacInnis and Farnood Tajbakhsh backstopping the Cougars with many terrific saves. We took a 1-0 lead as Beckett Sennecke bulged the twine with a nice effort. Sterling Hall replied shortly after to tie the game. Sennecke finished off some organized team play with his second tally of the game and the eventual winner. Egor Mavrin led the defense with strong and steady play while Adam Jonsson had a great free kick. Great effort by all team members and we are looking forward to a successful season.
