Online Approval/Permission Forms
Thank you to the more than 250 families who have completed the online approval process for the beginning of year forms.
If you have not taken the time to complete the forms please ensure you follow the link below to complete the forms by Tuesday, September 12, 2017. These approvals are critical for continued use of the computers at the school, inclusion in the parent directory, the student code of conduct, media waivers, and the ability of students in Grades 10- 12 to depart the school at lunch time.

Student Data Verification Forms were sent home with students in their homerooms this week. Please ensure you verify the data, make any corrections and return them to the main office. Up to date information is critical for our records in order to communicate with you in a variety of ways.
