Dear parents,
Please take a moment to read over these simple instructions in preparation for next week’s Spring Concert.
Reminders for students:
- Please remember to bring instruments and music books on Monday (if you have class), TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY for all grade 4,5 and 6’s.
- We are walking to Lawrence Park Community Church for our dress rehearsals on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes (runners would be perfect!) Please carry your own music, recorders, clarinets and flutes.
- Grade 5 and 6 Baritone, Trombone, Alto and Tenor Sax, Trumpet, Bass Clarinet players – please drop off your instruments (not music books) at 8:50 to the designated spots on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
- We are rehearsing on the stage at the Toronto Centre for the Arts on Thursday morning. The grade 4 Bus leaves promptly at 8:55. Please be on time and have everything you need.
- On Thursday, please drop your child off at the stage doors of the Toronto Centre for the Arts at 6:40, in their full dress uniform.
- Find your seat, sit down and relax. Prepare to be amazed at the beautiful music your children have prepared for you, the results of this year’s hard work and practice!!
