Dear Parents,
Crestwood School’s Grades 4-6 Music Program, along with the Primary and Junior Choir’s, would like to invite you to attend the Spring Concert, which will be held on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. All performers are expected to arrive by 6:40 p.m.
Please join us for this special event, which will take place at the Toronto Centre for the Arts. You can order your tickets in advance by completing and returning to the school the attached form with your cheque (payable to Crestwood School) by Friday, June 1st. Tickets are $20 each through the school until June 1st and at the theatre box office after June 1st. Performers do not need tickets.
This concert is an important component of the music program, and the children have been practising hard to make this concert a success. We seek your cooperation in preparing for this event. Each child’s participation is an integral part of the group performance. We cannot stress enough the importance of having all students attend this event. If you anticipate a problem with attendance that cannot be resolved, please inform us, in writing, by Wednesday, May 23rd.
All students who are participating in the concert are required to wear the full school uniform, including a tie (grades 4-6), dress shirt (long or short sleeves), and black dress shoes.
All students are required to stay for the duration of the concert. As audience members, we ask that you encourage the students’ efforts by staying for the duration, as well.
Please note that there is no videotaping or photography permitted in the theatre.
We will be travelling by bus to the theatre in the morning of Wednesday, June 6th for a rehearsal. Please complete the attached permission form.
