On November 31st, Grade 6 student Rachel Savlov performed at Pass the Music #2. This competition was created to raise money for the charity Kids in Camp so that less fortunate kids could go to camp. There were seven different camps that brought talented campers who won their camp talent show to compete. The camps were Camp New Moon, Tamarac, Crestwood Valley Day Camp, Wenonah, Walden, Madawaska and Robinhood. Rachel won the competition winning the trophy for New Moon. She sang the very popular song “Let it Go” from the disney musical Frozen. Rachel is so glad she got the opportunity to be a part of such a fantastic cause and show her talent. She thanks everyone who came to support her.
