Dear Parents,
The second week of March has certainly been a wonderful one! The weather was on our side bringing us warm, spring-like temperatures which certainly lifted our spirits. We have some wonderful news to report ….. All the students and staff that have been tested thus far are NEGATIVE! That means that all the mitigation protocols put into place by the school have been effective. Please continue to be vigilant, following all public health guidelines, and let’s work together as a community to keep each other safe.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the teachers for their unwavering dedication to the students and their profession. The challenges that these teachers face on a daily basis are not to be ignored or taken for granted. Please take time to thank your child’s teacher for all they are doing during these crazy times. It is exhausting doing what they do, but they just push on!!!
Remember the clocks move forward by one hour this Sunday, meaning we lose out on an hour of sleep! On the other hand, it means longer, sunny days are just around the corner. We hope students and teachers use the next 4 days to recharge and refresh, and come back ready to tackle the last few weeks of the term.
Wishing you all a wonderful long weekend and we look forward to having everyone back at school on Monday, March 15!
