My name is Lindsay Pembridge and I am one of the new grade 5 teachers here at Crestwood School this year. Since completing my Bachelor of Education, I have worked in a variety of inner-city, international and independent school settings in Korea, England, Turkey and Canada. As an educator I am driven to provide 21st century learning opportunities whilst creating a fun, positive and supportive environment for my students. I am particularly passionate about the teaching of science and the integration of technology in the classroom. Recently as the Head of Science and Technology at the British International School of Istanbul, I introduced coding from across the lower school and integrated design thinking and STEM with a focus on problem solving and collaboration in the classroom. Outside the classroom, I enjoy running, traveling and getting outside with my young daughter. I am delighted to be working with such wonderfully bright, hard working and polite children here at Crestwood and I feel extremely lucky to be a part of this strong community.
