Grade 5 student’s Evan Prosserman and Michael Barsoum dominated the “2015 Skate Canada Octoberfest Competition” for Central Ontario. These two boys were the top 2 skaters in their division (pre-juvenile U11 Men’s). They both skated extremely well with Evan capturing the Gold medal with a final score of 22 points and Michael winning the Silver
Girls Basketball Clips Kingsway College
On Tuesday the U12 Girl’s basketball team played an amazing game against Kingsway College. Crestwood had a very strong offense led by Molly, Maya, and Noa. We had many shots on net and moved the ball around very well. We also had very strong defense led by the aggressive play by Leila, Amy, and Charlotte.
U10 Soccer Strikes
Another game, another win! Sweet passes and smart plays between Spencer and Beckett, resulting in numerous shots on net! Strong offense by Kanmi led to his first goal of the season; congrats! On Monday, the U9 soccer team challenged Crescent School in a game that won’t soon be forgotten. Our power players spent the majority of the first half taking shots on goal. Jay had three breakaways and scored the first goal of the game. Our defense guarded the goal, blocking the majority of shots on net.
