The Senior Girls Basketball team has had a great season in a very competitive division. The girls have been working hard from day one and this hard work has paid off. This was an exciting year for the Junior Boys Soccer team, which featured five extremely close games that were all decided by less than two goals. The team was led by excellent play in goal, as well as from the back end defense. This allowed the squad to always be competitive, no matter the quality
Cross Country
Both the U14 and Varsity Cross Country teams had a great season this year. The team trained hard for their races and suffered through intervals, hill repeats and planks, all in the name of faster race times. While our season was shortened due to hurricane weather, the team performed admirably and recorded many personal bests. Coaches

Girls Bball Beaten but not Broken
The U12 Girls Basketball team took to the hardwood yesterday. The game started slowly but ended up being a battle of epic proportions. The girls came out on fire with baskets by Maya, Olivia and Noa. The CSPA’s first fundraising program, Print My Art, is well underway and your children have been putting their artistic skills to work! Each student is creating one art piece at school. Academic Awards Night
On Thursday October 22nd CPC held its Academic Awards Evening for the 2014-15 school year. Awards were presented to all those who achieved Honour Roll status (overall average of 80% or higher) on the June 2015 Final Report Card. Over 175 students currently in Grades 8 -12 were recognized for their hard work and academic achievement
We Scare Food Drive
The annual We Scare Hunger Food Drive is well underway. Students have been asked to bring in non perishable foods which are then donated to the North York Harvest Food Bank. Homerooms have already been filling up with rice, cooking oils, canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned meat, baby formula, and more. This food will then be donated

U13 Blasts BVGS
The U13 soccer team entered the game missing several players and fielding a new goalkeeper who was recently called up from the U12 team.
