Grade 12 Students Make Aspirin

Students in Grade 12 Chemistry completed their Organic Chemistry unit by making a common medication used to treat pain, fever and inflammation called acetylsalicylic acid, more commonly known as Aspirin. Crestwood Preparatory College is pleased to offer a number of Ontario high school credit courses conveniently located in Toronto. Gryphons Claw Cougars

The Girls volleyball team dropped three close games to the Bayview Glen Gryphons on Tuesday. It was the first competition for the girls and despite the result our team showed much improvement throughout. Hannah Hurwitz and Olivia Rock bumped and passed in control while the Baker sisters hit multiple winners to keep the contest close.

Gladiators Cap Cougars

The U12 basketball took their first defeat of the season yesterday as they dropped a 12 point decision to the York School to open their entry into the UCC Invitational basketball tournament. Math Contest & Debate Winners

In November, members of the problem-solving club participated in the Canadian Intermediate and Senior Math contest.  The following students achieved a score in the top 25% of contests for the Intermediate contest: Eric Bi, Arjun Anand, Danny He, Helen Liu, Tony Wu, Sophia Gu, and Aries Wang. Report Cards and Parent Conferences

Midterm Report Cards have been completed and mailed out. Information regarding the Parent-Teacher conferences, that will take place on January 31st and February 1, is included with the reports.
