The grade 6 students have been learning about climate change and we were inspired to take our learning into the real world! We exercised our democratic right to take action by attending the Toronto’s Fridays for Future Youth Climate March. We made creative signs to raise awareness about this important issue and joined other concerned citizens to let our voices be heard! We listened to speeches by youth leaders and marched from Queen’s Park to Nathan Phillips Square to show that young people can make a difference and help save the world!
