1) Upcoming Dates:
Thursday Jan. 24th- Grade 9/10 Parent Information Night re: Course Selection for Grade 10 and 11.
Monday Jan. 28th- Full Disclosure date- last day for any grade 11 or 12 student to drop a course without it showing on their transcript
Friday Feb. 1st- Anticipated date for Grade 12 marks to be submitted to OUAC
2) Course Selection for the 2019/2020 Academic Year
Beginning January 21st, Ms. Hann will be conducting course selection meetings for all current grade 8 through 11 students during English classes. Grade 9 through 11 students will be completing course selection online using their Career Cruising Account. Grade 7 and 8 students will given a course selection form (paper copy) which must be returned to the guidance office. Course Selection forms must be returned Ms. Hann in the guidance office by Thursday February 14, 2019.
3) Notre Dame University Summer Program
The International Leadership Enrichment and Development (iLED) summer program at Notre Dame University now offers two different sessions for rising Grade 10, 11, and 12 students to choose from. Each two-week session offers courses across Notre Dame’s colleges and focuses on international leadership. Participants come from around the world and live on campus in one of Notre Dame’s residence halls. They participate in campus activities and field trips to Chicago and other nearby attractions.
