The JK and SK classes went on a field trip to the Young Peoples’ Theatre to see the play, Goodnight Moon! The play is based upon the North American children’s picture book written by Margaret Wise Brown. Published in 1947, Goodnight Moon quickly became a classic and a bestseller. Based on a 2007 on-line poll, the National Education Association named the book one of its “Teachers’ Top 100 Books for Children”. The critics of Kindergarten give Goodnight Moon two thumbs up! They highly recommend it as a ‘MUST SEE’ over the March Break!
