The U12 Girls Basketball team played their final regular season game yesterday at Glendon against Kingsway College. The teams were very evenly matched and the score stayed close throughout the game. We started to lose focus in the third quarter and fell behind by 8 points. In the fourth, we dug deeper, and came back to trail by only one basket. With hustle and determination from all the girls, we had opportunities to tie up the game, but unfortunately, we ran out of time. All our fans were so impressed by the effort from all of the girls, especially Ms. Krashinsky and Ms. Suckstorff who made a special trip up to Glendon to cheer on the team! I would like to make a special mention to Nate Samuel for keeping score and Zachary Black for taking pictures. What a great way to end the regular season, and a perfect lead up to our final tournament taking place this Saturday at Bayview Glen. Go Crestwood!
