October is Empathy Month here at Crestwood. The word “empathy” means to understand the way that someone else is feeling. Over the remainder of the month, students will be presented with empathy-related “thoughts of the day”, quotations and ways to get them away from just thinking about themselves and really engaging with other people in a way that is meaningful for both.
The month will culminate with our annual food drive in support of the North York Harvest Food Bank from October 26-30.
