The Crestwood Cougars U12 Hockey Team played a terrific game to launch the Boyd Caldwell Annual Tournament at UCC. We eventually dropped a 11-6 decision to Lower Canada College of Montreal. Crestwood was led by Gr. 6 student Cole Eichler who scored three beautiful goals. Other goal scorers included Bradley Parker, Aidan Takes and Grade 6 student Tim Kufner. Kufner has been working hard over the past two years to improve his overall game and the entire team celebrated his success. Despite the score our best player was Grade 5 goalie Michael Fisher. Michael made multiple saves to keep us in the game and did not let the score get the best of him. Great Work Mike! Next on the schedule for Crestwood is the Brown School from Toronto. Great job boys and girls and good luck in the tournament.
