This is a reminder that next week the Guidance department is pleased to invite you to the upcoming webinar: “Building Community Resilience in a Time of Chaos“, presented by clinical Social Work/Therapist, Tim Sitt. Due to the global pandemic, students are experiencing significant struggles related to their mental health. The upcoming webinar will provide tools and strategies to help the Crestwood community engage in meaningful self-reflection and conversation to assist in coping with stress, anxiety and depression related to the pandemic.
