Toronto Public Health and its partners are starting to vaccinate individuals 12+ in various postal codes. You must have received your first dose at least 21 days after the second dose. Although the school’s postal code is not included in these pop ups, many other postal codes within Toronto are listed and may apply to your residential address.

1. Thorncliffe Park Community Hub (June 11-14) See flyer for details.

2. Charles E. Webster School (June 11-13) See flyer for details.

3. Downsview Arena (June 11) See flyer for details.

4. Fred Victor Community Centre – any “M” postal code – 12+ and 21 days required after the first dose. For more information and to book an appointment visit https://regentparkchc.org/covid-19-vaccine-clinic/

Additionally, I strongly encourage everyone to attend the Toronto Public Health virtual assembly for students in grades 7-12 on June 16th at 4:00pm for more information on vaccines.
