Graduation is a special occasion that all parents want to capture with photos to celebrate the milestone. Unfortunately with the current Covid restrictions, we will not be able to hold a traditional ceremony and at this point, there are many regulations for our planned drive-in event that will prevent you from taking these photos. In order to help with this, we have planned three days of photos at the school where students and parents can come for an appointment to take photos in Graduation Gowns and in front of the school screen with a diploma. There will also be members of the Administration present to join in a physically distanced photo.
These photo sessions will take place on June 8th, 9th, &10th, and each session is scheduled to be 5 minutes in duration.

June 8th, 8:45 am – 12:00 pm
June 9th, 8:45 am – 12:00 pm
June 10th, 1:00 pm – 3:15 pm
Grade 12 Photos
June 8th, 1:00 pm – 3:15 pm
June 9th, 1:00 pm – 3:15 pm

Parents will be able to book their appointment slot using Edsby with the same process that was used for Parent-Teacher interview booking. You will receive a notification in Edsby for this process. This notification can be ignored as it is needed to set up the system. The actual availability to book your appointment will open on Friday, June 4th at 8:00 am.
We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment and leave following your photos to limit the number of people in the photo area. Please proceed to the Overflow/Staff parking lot at the back of the school and a staff member will be there to assist you.
