The grade 12 Visual Art class welcomed guest artist and CPC alumni Owen Rival (class of ’17). The class enjoyed a painting demo and spoke one-on-one with Owen, receiving valuable feedback and suggestions about their artwork. We are excited that Owen will be working with the class until the end of the Socially Concious unit.
After graduating from Crestwood Owen continued his education at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he studied Visual Arts. While at RISD he focused his studies on painting and portrait skills, we couldn’t be prouder of his talents. Having recently graduated, Owen is now a practicing artist and you can see his unbelievable skill and recent works on Instagram at @owenrivalart
