On Saturday, May 2nd students from grade 4, 5 and 6 offered their time to represent Crestwood at the 24th annual C.I.S. Junior Science Olympics hosted by Crescent School. There were representatives from 9 different schools in attendance. Representing Crestwood were: Grade 4’s Chiara Codron, Leila Agil & Willem Duyker. Grade 5’s: Tamara Nabulsi, William MacInnis & David Lawee and Grade 6’s: Ali Farroukh, Leon Lin, Vincent Li. Each grade team participated in a variety of fun challenges (including an egg drop, water rocket and cd hovercraft) and then also got the opportunity to work with students from other schools to complete some challenges. Congratulations to everyone that participated and to our grade 4 team who tied for 3rd place in their division!
