On Thursday, October 12th, the U12 Girls Basketball team travelled to Country Day School for the 3rd game of the season. We got off to a slow start, only scoring 4 points in the first half. After picking up the intensity in the second half, we made a big comeback, almost catching up to Country Day. Unfortunately, we ran out of time, losing 27-20. The girls showed great teamwork with baskets from Talia, Anny, Lilly and Ksenia. Chloe, Jordyn, Olivia, Isabelle and Maya impressed us with their tough defence and rebounds.
We are looking forward to our 2 games next week, including our first home game against Montcrest on Thursday.
