What’s The Matter?
5A and 5B had an amazing time with their Scientist in School this week. Through a series of hands-on experiments, students were able to create and experience both chemical and physical changes. They were also able to identify a mystery substance by conducting an experiment using vinegar, iodine, and grape juice! This was a great way for both classes

The Grade 6 students are busy working on a big installation project following the steps of American artist Louise Nevelson. Strength Psychology
Stop beating yourself up mentally. You spend too much time replaying your mistakes in your mind. By doing so, you are creating lots of negative mental images. Reserve analyzing your past mistakes for times when you’re with your coach. Spend more time replaying the positive, technical aspects of your performances. This is called strength psychology.

Winter Festival of the Arts: What a Night!
The evening of December 1st brought the annual Holiday Concert and Art Show back to Crestwood. Semi Formal 2016
It’s that time of year again! On Friday, January 20th, members of Crestwood’s Prefect Council will be hosting this year’s Semi-Formal Event. The event will take place from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., and will be held at the Factory Lounge, in north Toronto. Tickets are $75, and include entry to the event as well as
