Crestwood school ended last term with an amazing initiative spearheaded by a group of Grade 4 students. The event, Candy Canes for a Cause, saw Crestwood students purchase candy canes, with all the proceeds from the sale going to The Covenant House, the largest agency in Canada serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk.
The planners, Jackson, Duncan, and Wesley counted and rolled all the money raised. We are so proud to share that the Crestwood Community raised $800 for the Covenant House!
