This week the Grade 6 classes wrapped up their Electricity unit. We finished the unit with some good old-fashioned board games! Students were required to design an electricity-based board game and they worked diligently, applying their knowledge of energy conservation, circuits, atoms and different energy sources. The games were amazing! Challenging electricity questions, clear directions, and creatively constructed boards made for a great week in science class. Who knew electricity could be so much fun?! It was a blast and the students enjoyed the opportunity to play one another’s games and put their skills to the test! It was ELECTRIFYING!
