Gears Bike Shop has partnered with Natasha Bomba at Hope Ignited to help her collect a shipping container full of bicycles. The goal is to accumulate 450 bikes for Zambia.
Together with the Morning Glory Cycling Club, The LapDogs Cycling Club and our Gears Staff, we hope to have this container filled very quickly.
How can you help? Very simple. We’re looking for adult bikes in working order. These donated bicycles can be dropped off at any of our four locations across the GTA. We’ll then ensure that they get delivered to the shipping container for transport to Zambia.
Your bikes will add much needed mobility for people in Zambia… from being able to get to school and to work, as well has providing transportation to local clinics and the distribution of medicine.
