Congratulations to Raymond L. + Noah H. who qualified for the SSAF Final.
Badminton Championships, that took place yesterday. Coach Krashinsky accompanied the boys to the championships held at The Markham Pan Am Centre. The Centre plays host to International, National, Provincial, and Regional events in a variety of sports, and welcomes athletes like Noah and Raymond: competitive athletes striving to be their best.
The boys started strong and won their first match against Markham Montessori in three sets. While they lost their next two matches, the rallies were long and fierce and the scores were close. Noah and Raymond’s strong communication, excellent court coverage, and willingness to dive for a shot made them a tough team to beat.
Coaches Krashinsky & Green are so proud of all badminton team members. Those who came out exemplified what it means to be an “athlete”: dedication, drive, discipline, teamwork and commitment.
We had an exceptional season and look forward to next year’s practices and competitions!
