On Tuesday, the Eco-Team had a guest speaker from our very own school community: Ms. Davies! Not only is she a fantastic music teacher, she is a beekeeper! She taught our team about the big job of little pollinators! We explored the importance of pollinators for plants, animals and humans! We discussed threats they encounter and we learned what we can all do to help our little friends! Next week, the Eco-Team will plant some pollinator-friendly plants. We hope to “bee” the change! A big thank you to Ms. Davies for sharing her time and expertise!
