The Crestwood community “brought the love” again this week for Gilo, Thomas, and Toni, our sponsored students in Tanzania. On Valentine’s Day, Crestwood students contributed toonies to don their red, white, and pink clothes for the day. We raised $387 in support of our sponsorship initiative. Way to go!
As well, Crestwood Cares Community Service group would like to acknowledge the Morel Family Foundation’s extremely generous donation this week to our Be the Change campaign. This donation cemented our annual commitment to Neema International and is much appreciated.
In the third term, Ali Hanson, a Crestwood alumna who is the Assistant Director of Neema International, will be visiting to share more news of Thomas, Gilo, and Toni, as well as Neema International’s projects in Tanzania.
