On Friday, May 27th author Gordon Korman came for an online visit with the Grades 3 to 6 students. Korman writes mostly realistic and adventure fiction for grades 4-8. He has also written around 100 books. Some of the books he talked about were This Can’t Be Happening at MacDonald Hall, Ungifted, Liar Liar Pants on Fire, Slacker, Operation Do-Over, Restart, and Linked. On Friday, he shared the story of his first book, some inspiration for his books, different ways to have a character, and how important research is for a book.
