On Friday, Crestwood once again celebrated it’s yearly “Multicultural Day”. All of the students in Grade 9 Geography took over the gym and transformed it into a cavalcade of flavours and colours. Each group of students represented a different nation from around the world. The groups decorated their stands with colorful displays and shared food and interesting facts with guests who had bought the “Multicultural Day Passport”. This year, guests even had a chance to vote on which booth they thought was the most engaging.
In the end, Crestwood ate well, learned a little about our diverse international community, and raised money for a worthy charity.
