The Kindergarten classes all enjoyed Pancake Tuesday! We love to bring cooking into the classroom. We used our senses while cooking the pancakes. We saw the pancakes, we smelled the pancakes, we heard the butter sizzling on the pan, we touched the pancakes, and finally, we tasted the pancakes! That was the best part! Did you know that cooking with children provides practical experience with many essential skills such as reading, following directions, and measuring. Try cooking at home with your little one…..bon appetit!
